excellent accommodation
friendly host excellent location fresh breakfast
Graham was very cute. He provided helpful advice about the area. the location is excellent. breakfast included a fresh, delicious full english and offered plenty of choice. I especially liked the cereal, yogurt, and fruit options. the room was super clean and cozy.

The hotel has a superb location. It's literally a stone's throw from the tower. getting around the area was easy. Everything felt very accessible and convenient for sightseeing and other activities.

The breakfast was delicious. They cooked it fresh each morning! there was a good selection of cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, and a full english. juice, coffee, and tea were also available. I appreciated the variety.

The host, graham, was very friendly and accommodating. He always made sure i had everything i needed. he also gave me lots of great advice and directions for exploring the local area. I felt very welcomed.

The room was super clean and cozy, it featured everything i needed for a short stay. the bed was very comfy. I slept well each night! also included was a tv with a good range of channels.

Fantastic Hospitality and Convenient Location!
cute staff excellent breakfast comfortable bed
The staff were cute, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent with lovely butcher's meat!!! Beds were comfortable and the room included tea and coffee facilities. I was grateful the room also had a clothes steamer, which came in very handy.
The shower cubicle was quite small. I found it hard to move around inside it.

the breakfast was alright, nothing special really. the room i was in felt a little cramped. the tv remote didn't work, a bit annoying! the shower pressure was weak, it made it hard to rinse off shampoo. the stairs creaked loudly all night. poor tv remote, creaky stairs

english breakfast friendly host
the host graham made sure i felt welcomed, everything felt easy. a full english breakfast began each day perfectly for me and my love.
the tea and coffee station in the room was a little basic, i did hope for more.

decent location, but cleanliness ISSUES
dirty room limited parking
the location proved quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. I found considerable dust in the bathroom and the bedroom carpet was not clean. the room became very cold at night and i dealt with noise from plumbing in other rooms. parking was limited, and the lack of a full-length mirror and table made getting ready challenging.

low pressure rough towels
The shower was quite underwhelming. The temperature fluctuated a lot. It was either too hot or too cold. the water pressure was REALLY low (i was expecting better). I had trouble rinsing shampoo from my hair. The towels felt a bit rough and thin.

cramped room uncleaned shower
The room was quite small and i found it to be rather cramped with my luggage. the bunk bed also produced a loud squeak with any movement. i also observed that the shower had not been cleaned properly. I saw used soaps and phlegm. the experience was not satisfactory, and i was forced to check out a day early.
